Using two hands on an oil spray can

Well, here goes.  I've been thinking about doing this for some time.  I'm 5' tall and in my 60's.  I consider myself active, strong - mentally and somewhat strong physically.  I have survived breast cancer - 5 years in July since I was diagnosed.  I spent a year in treatment, yes, chemo sucks!  I worked through all of it.  My one BIG problem is I have weak hands.  So, when I was trying to use a spray can of Crisco oil this morning and had to use two hands to do it, I said that's enough.  I come across many things throughout the week that are the same kind of thing.  When these companies "test market" they're products do they use young, robust people in their testing?  What about all of us who are getting older?  My goal here is to gather your thoughts on those things and products you find infuriating to use.  Perhaps when there are enough I can gather them and send them in to the companies.  I'm getting tired of purchasing products I have such a hard time using.
